Effective goals are one of the most critical factors in determining the level of success that you achieve; in any area of your life. Your goals determine (at least they should) how you use your most valuable resources i.e. time, energy, money. When you dedicate these precious resources to the pursuit of your goals, you will find that you achieve far more than you may have previously thought possible.
However, if the goals which you dedicate yourself to pursuing are not effective goals, you will find that you waste your time, energy and money running around in circles; achieving very little.
